A badge for the remarkably brave Sahara Fox who took upon the challenge to taste test wasabi flavored ice cream at a sushi Dinner at Califur.
Disclaimer: wasabicream did not indeed exist until it was noted that wasabi and green tea ice cream shared a similar shade of green. And to further compund the situation, art was thrown into the mix..and no one can resist art..not even at the cost of eating an unknown substance never before tasted by man.
And for his efforts he was dutifully rewarded.
I may offer a mini print of this in the AC artshow, if there is interest (sans text of course)

lol, that's great! xD Wasabi icecream....does not sound very appetizing. lol.
Random story - I went to an Asian banquet at my school last year and they had wasabi there. Nobody around me knew what it was.....so I tried it. I got a nice huge blob on my finger and stuck the whole thing in my mouth.......I almost died. Dx HOOOTTTT!!
Omg. I would never eat that, I hate wasabi. It kills.
Amazing artpiece, as ever. I am so jealous of you, being able to draw something like this for a humorous cause. Like, spontaneously. I have to force myself to draw anything at all xD
I make it a rule of thumb to avoid anything green in color that I cannot recognize by sight or smell. Lets apply that rule to just about any food stuffs..especially if my friend is sitting next to me grinning innocently and urging me to try it.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
