Well I had a wonderfully adventurous week that just seemed to get betttterr and better *said with a devoted sense of sarcasm*. Anyway to top of what was already a trying week my computer crashed. I barely managed to save a merged form of the picture I was working on in Photoshop before the pc died in its entirety. I finished this picture on the laptop which is mondo slow and the lcd screen distorts the colors insanely. Forgive any mistakes, this picture was meant to be on a much grander scale with a great deal more detail. I may come back to work some more on this one if I have a chance..I wanted to add planets in the sky or at least a moon and give the land more depth off in the distance...but alas luck, it seems, is not with me
Basically the scene is supposed to be from another planet, a collesseum of sorts built into a rocky crater. BAH Im tired and frustrated beyond any description.....its 4 am...im off to bed.
I truly hope you folks enjoy this piece, it may be the last to come in a while until my computer is fixed or I get a new one *prays*
OMG!! this must have taken forever to do, so amazing!! ^.^ I could look at it forever, so beautiful. When I look at it I almost feel the warming sun. And the birds make a great effekt!
love this!!!
I was meaning to write but the past week plus have been rather trying. I am afraid at this time I can't make any commitments to any projects, howver much I would like to. Since my computer crashed I am simply unable to do any large drawings of any sort. This laptop is glitchy at best and simply incapable of sustaining mass works. I hope all my artwork is not lost on the other computer but I fear it is..
Forgive me for my curtness but I am still rather upset that the computer crashed, to love and hate technology all in one go...what a paradox.
I hope you are not terribly upset with me, I do look forward to working with you when I get a new computer or fix my old one.
Best of wishes on the project!!!
With a heavy heart,
~Ana

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
