Well I decided to do a little more work on this piece after reading a comment a deviant gave me on this piece. I felt perhaps, after all, it was a better piece than I was giving myself credit for....and perhaps instead of spending so much time finding flaws in my work I should seek out the good.

As for this piece, the origins are rather silly. It actually started out with a sketch of a caracal cub with wings...and turned into this. How??? Well sometimes I dooo wish I had the answer to such a question *scritches at head*...Oh and...yes the perspective is all wonkified..buuuttt...I dont care *dances* I may redo the building for my sanity's sake...give it more flare...and not let it look quite so dull.

Perhaps a short description then:

Above the gold kissed clouds, in concrete glory stands a pillar of man's success. The building shimmers in splendid hues of golds, pinks and velveteen purples, capped by an emmense glass orb. Within grows a lush garden, providing fresh produce, clean air and a place f leisure for the inhabitants of this building. Here the rich hold elegant balls and gatherings for their fellow capitalists, having gained their riches from the misery of the poor.

Meanwhile, the earth sweats in a humid deplorable heat beneath the iridiscent pink of fluffy clouds above, suspended as if by strings by the gods. Toxins color the air crimson, hardly a tree daring to grow in the terrible conditions outside. Within the meager shelter of hovels powered by the devices of the rich, the common man struggles to survive. Fed only by the hand of the very same secret society that led them to their own downfall, they scuttle quietly about in darkened concrete alleys illuminated by dingy yellow light, mere cockroaches to those that watch them from on high.
