This was m project for the last two days, mostly starting as an experiment with light, color, shadow and a new style that finds itself wedged between the cartoon realm and the realm of realism.

This picture goes out to my deaaaar DEAR friend Trish . HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY!!! I love ya girl, hope you like your creation Cougari!

Daily Deviation

Given 2005-01-02

Something about the nice, big puppy-dog-like eyes just makes me doubt that this creature will one day turn into a cunning and ferocious hunter. Regardless, Kissed by the Morning by ~balaa is a wonderful digital painting of a lion with enough detail to make you want to reach out and just touch its fur. (Suggested by ~moomba2 and Featured by `halfliquid)

Wow. :jawdrop: There's so much detail, every strand of fur. I love the shine in the eyes, and the color in the iris. Wow. oo; This is amazing. I need to fav this. Keep up the spectacular work!

Omg...that is the best thing I have seen all day! Cougari looks so realistic! I wouldn't be too surprised if this got DotD, this is absolutely stunning.
