Impenetrable Fortressby `balaa

This is a project completed for art class. Essentially it started as a few squigles as I tried to figure out what to draw to symbolize myself. A friend of mine told me for some reason I remind her of a jagged rock and this lead me to look upon the tower designs used in LoTR. This one is done completely from my mind, no references of any sort were used but what I pictured in my mind.

I think it was more an experiment to see what I could accomplish using only black and white..I do believe I like it!

i like how the tower contrasts with the sky, it really separates the two. the tower is cold and hard, while the sky is soft and flowing. great job.

It's a wonderful tower. Intimidating but gentle in a way. Kinda lonesome. Steadfast. Lovely clouds. I wish the full view was even bigger. I really want to see it all up closer.
