Another quick painting from last night but returning a bit to a more familiar subject, just with a fresh approach. The lighting isn't perfect I don't think but I wasn't aiming for perfection, just a more pronounced mood than is usual for my work. All done in ps, start to finish, no sketching for the snowy, just straight painting.

Love this picture, just in every way, the way you transferred from the snow to light of the sun to the starlit sky, it really creates an alluring energy to it, which makes it one of my favorite pictures :)
