Artist's Comments

Commission for =Silencio-Forever of her character Zugel who is a mix of bobcat and whitetail deer. I am submitting the edited version of the piece so only she has the final full version of the piece.

I had a good amount of fun with this piece and put in a good deal more work on it than even I expected to. But all in all it was brilliant good fun. In the end the atmospehere reminds me heavily of Rivendell so the piece itself has come to be close to my heart.

Those paws are simply gorgeous. I love how soft everything is, the entire feeling of this picture is beautiful.

beautiful image! with the background, did you paint it in like that deliberatly, or did you blurr it for the deapth of feild effect :) tis one beautiful image :D

I blurred it after I painted which in one respect yes is a pity but at the same time leaving it so crisp just took away from the foreground.
